KETA MLX Imaging System

KETA MLX is the high end multi-purpose imaging system equipped superior 9.1M pixels, large chip size, three stage Peltier cooled camera, ideal for molecular biology core facility. It consists of a superior 16 bit, 9.1 megapixel Peltier cooled camera element, software controlled lens, eight position motorized filter wheel come with a high transpar ent amber filter. Large visual area, MC 200 LED light set covers the wavelength range fromvisible to NIR as Epi light source, low background 302nm /365nm dual wavelength UV transilluminator. Inbuilt 24V power supply for blue/white light sample tray, UV radiation safety interlock darkroom, 67mm WK 201 ~ WK 205 filter emission filter as standard, energy saving mode provides camera turn off automatically while idling over than 15 minutes. Preset optimum condition, method create and edit capability.Magic PLUS software package dedicate for KETA M family which integrated Magic 1D and Magic Chemi package.

MD-25K UV Transilluminator
MD-25K UV transilluminator equipped with six long life 8W UV tubes with specific 302nm wavelength and 75% adjustable intensity. A 25 X 25cm low background IR cut-off filter embedded into stainless steel frame provides excellent UV radiation for gel documentation and fluorescence detection when integrated with the KETA imaging system. On/off and high/low intensity are controlled by the Magic 1D software.

YRDIMES Semi-Dry Blotter
Yrdimes, fast blotting device for agarose and protein gel, comprises with unique bi-directional force* design which use eight pieces spring to get most even force during the blotting process. V-GES
V-GES, the midi vertical electrophoresis system, comprises with tank, electrode module, casting module, and optional blotting module. Electrophoresis tank was built by injection mode technology. ELITE 300 Power Supply
The Elite 300, provides the maximum voltage output of 300V and current output 400mA, with 4 sets output terminal mainly for routine electrophoresis with nucleic acid and SDS-PAGE. With high accuracy and stable output applicable for wet transfer. Easy control Constant V/A with automatic crossover, adjustable voltage and current in minimum 1 V and 1 mA increment provide flexible condition and parameter settings. Three digits seven segments LED readout voltage, current and time. Error messages includes no load detection, sudden load change, over voltage protection, automatic recovery after power failure, short circuit, and current differential alarm for easy troubleshooting. IQ / PQ / OQ protocol is available.
 
 
E-Blotter
E-Blotter, so called wet blotter, is a high resolution gel transfer apparatus, which includes one electrophoresis tank, one cassette holder and two sandwich blotting cassettes and one electrode stand. As applied with V-GES electrophoresis tank, it can transfers two gels simultaneously and apply to protein SDS-PAGE and agarose gels. ELITE series are recommended power supplies to combine as perfect blotting system.
 
 
GES
Horizontal gel electrophoresis system, GES with variable tray selection of 10 x 15cm, 7 x 15cm, and 15 x 15 cm is the ideal submarine cell made by injection mode technology for DNA and RNA separation. GES systems can run up to 40 samples at a time. Unique Dams-claw design guarantees no leakage while gel casting. Quick assembling L type electrode is easily to be cleaned and replaced.
